About Voice4humanity Operations :

Project Voiceforhumanity.org is a call for poll platform where anyone from anywhere in the world can initiate a polling campaign targeting a specific geographic region of the world.

Log-on / Register To Participate :
|
To launch a Polling campaign or to vote on a polling campaign, an individual has to first log onto the web site through their Humanityalive membership account's access information. New users have to first register and create their membership account. When a user register on voice4humanity.org, he/she get's historically registered as a Lifetime Associate Member of Humanity Alive Foundation.
Voice4humanity.org is in fact a section of Humanityalive.org itself and is actually integrated with Humanityalive.org.

Casting A Vote On An Active Campaign :
|
According to the operations management of Voice4humanity.org, to cast a vote on an active running polling campaign on voice4humanity.org, a user has to belong to the geographical region for which the campaign is being run by the campaign initiator. In case of world level campaigns, anyone Lifetime Associate Member from anywhere in the world can cast a vote and leave an opinion. In case of country-wide campaigns, the individual has to belong to the country for which the campaign is being run. In case of state-wide campaigns, the individual must belong to that state, and the same goes for the city-level polling campaigns.

Creating A Polling Campaign on Voice4humanity.org :
|
On Voice4humanity.org, any member of Humanity Alive Foundation can create a regional campaign for ANY region of the world no matter he/she belongs to that region or not. This is to provide freedom of expression to everyone on the worldwide scale. When a member creates a campaign, it has to pass through 2 stages of approval process before it is scheduled for execution.

Campaign Parameters And Their Implementation :

On Voice4humanity.org, your campaign will have the following parameters :- Each Campaign has a title and a description.
- Campaign titles are textual where as the description field allows campaign initiators to use standard html tags and thus insert pictures for reference.
- A campaign can have any number of choice options for voters to choose.
- Each campaign can be either a Single Select Option campaign or a Multi Select Options Campaign. This allows voters to either select ONE choice option or multiple choice options while casting their votes.
- Each campaign can accept individual voter' opinion along with their votes. All received opinions are shown along with campaign information on the campaign page.
- Every campaign has a Total number of Days count specified along with the campaign information. This limits the number of days before the campaign's mode is automatically changed to completed by the voice4humanity.org administrative team. All campaigns scheduled to be activated and deactivated on the current date are treated accordingly by the voice4humanity administrative team on the daily basis.
- When the campaign is completed, the campaign's results are calculated and are displayed on the campaign's page.
- When the campaign is completed, all voters that had opted for receiving the campaign's results at the end of execution are sent campaign results through individual emails.
- Once the campaign is completed, it's information and the results are never removed from the voice4humanity web site and they are always present on the web site.
- Once the campaign is completed, it's results are also sent to all media agencies that are currently on records as subscribers to Campaign Results Broadcast Newsletter for that specific geographic region for which the campaign was launched.
- All active and complete campaign resource pages are fed to search engines such as google for indexing and ranking in search results. With their forever availability on the web site, campaign pages and results do end up gaining ongoing popularity through search engines.

Campaign Approval Before Activation:
|
Every campaign has to pass through two level of approval process before it's scheduled for execution : - When the campaign creator creates a campaign, the campaign remains in the DRAFT mode and remains with the campaign creator before the campaign is finally submitted for approval and execution.
- Once the campaign is submitted by the campaign initiator or execution, the campaign can no longer be edited by campaign initiator.
- No matter for which region of the world the campaign is created, after submission for approval, the campaign is sent to the CITY HEAD of Humanity Alive Foundation for the city to which the campaign initiator belongs if the city head is present. If the city head is not present for the city of campaign initiator, the campaign is transferred to the state head of the state to which the campaign initiator belongs. If the state head does not exists, then the campaign is forwarded to the country head of the country to which the campaign initiator belongs. If the country head of that country does not exists, the campaign is finally forwarded to the world head for approval. The campaign thus propagates from bottom to top inside the organizational hierarchy of regional heads of Humanity Alive Foundation.
- Every campaign is required to pass through two levels of approval process. Once the campaign is approved at the first stage, it HAS TO get approved for once more by a regional head higher to the first level approver regional head in the organizational hierarcy of regional heads of Humanity Alive Foundation. If however a campaign does not find any local regional head for some specific areas of the world and thus goes directly to the hands of the world head of Humanity Alive Foundation, then the campaign is processed in one go.
- However, if the campaign is denied approval at any stage of approval of the campaign, then the campaign is reset to DRAFT mode and this sent back to the campaign initiator with modification guidelines sent by the regional head that denied the campaign's approval at it's first or final stage of approval.
- Once the campaign passes through it's two levels of approval, the campaign is at last scheduled for activation on a specified date as set by the final approver.
- The administrative team of voice4humanity.org activates and deactivates all campaigns that are scheduled for activation or deactivation for current date.

Campaign Execution at Voice4humanity.org :
|
All approved campaigns are executed on scheduled dates and are run for the number of days of execution as specified by the campaign initiator.
